How to best ask for technical help

You’ve run into some errors and are not sure how to continue? No worries, we’re here to help.

In order to get to a solution for you as quickly as possible, please help us by providing the following details:

  • where did this error occur? (Self-hosted on a local machine, self-hosted on a server, on our managed version)
  • what were you planning to do?
  • if you’ve implemented a heuristic that ran into errors, what is the output of the function log?

If possible, you can also send us a zipped version of your data - we’ll only use it to help you debug your problem. Please reach out to a team member to do so.
